  • Provide advanced assessment, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of MSK presentations
  • Deliver evidence-based care, including self-management advice and rehabilitation plans
  • Refer for investigations (e.g. imaging) and to secondary care or community services where appropriate
  • Work across multiple practices within the PCN, supporting consistent, high-quality care
  • Contribute to MDT working alongside GPs, pharmacists, social prescribers, and other ARRS roles
  • Support service development and help embed the FCP model across the network
  • Maintain accurate clinical records using SystmOne

About Us

  • Demonstrates excellent clinical reasoning and autonomous decision-making
  • Is confident working independently within a primary care setting
  • Has strong communication skills and a patient-centred approach
  • Is flexible and able to work across a network of practices, including Saturday mornings in line with Enhanced Access
