What you will do
  • Lead the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of high-quality nursing care for residents.

You will bring:
  • Registered Nurse qualification with a current NMC PIN.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional and clinical development.
  • Experience of supervising, training and supporting care staff.
  • Practical knowledge and experience of care planning.
  • Good IT skills and confidence using electronic care systems.
  • Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
  • Sensitivity to the needs of older people and a person-centred approach.
  • A flexible approach to working shift patterns, including nights and weekends.
  • Experience of working with older people is desirable but not essential, as full support and training will be provided.

Why join MHA?
You will be joining an organisation with strong values and a supportive culture, where nursing practice is built on compassion, professionalism and respect. At MHA, nurses are empowered to lead, develop and make a meaningful difference every day.

  • A strong pension scheme and life assurance
  • Support with professional fees in relevant roles
  • Free DBS checks and uniforms
  • Confidential counselling, chaplaincy support and access to our hardship fund
  • Flexible options to buy or sell annual leave, plus family-friendly policies
  • Discounts through the Blue Light Card, Health Service Discounts and the Vivup app
