The MSE Head of Colposcopy will be professionally accountable and maintain the standards of professional practice as set by the appropriate regulatory body applicable to your professional role including being accountable for identifying and ensuring improvements in patient safety patient experience and effectiveness of service

Providing leadership to clinical and direct care staff within their unit to ensure high standards of care
The underpinning principle is to have a professional leader who is accountable for coordinating safe high quality care to improve patients experience.
Support the lead colposcopist in the development and review of evidence based local guidelines procedures and patients information documents

Person SpecificationQualifications- Essential: NMC qualification
- Desirable: Experience within the Colposcopy Service
Experience- Essential: 2 years experience at 8a level or equivalent
- Desirable: Leadership qualification
