Main duties of the jobWe are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team and play a key role in providing high-quality, patient-centred care within a supportive clinical environment.
In this rewarding role, you will deliver a high standard of individualised care, ensuring that every patient is treated with dignity, respect and compassion at all times. You will assess patients' needs, plan and implement appropriate care, and regularly evaluate outcomes to ensure the highest standards of clinical practice are maintained.
Working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the coordination and delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care. You will also support the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse in the day-to-day management of the clinical area, helping to maintain excellent standards and promote continuous improvement.
A key part of the role involves maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment for patients, visitors and colleagues. You will take an active role in supporting high standards of cleanliness, infection prevention and quality care within your clinical area.
