An exciting opportunity has arisen for a compassionate, motivated, and recovery-focused individual to join our Recovery Discharge Enablement Team as a Temporary Support, Time and Recovery (STR) Worker.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will support individuals with mental health needs on their recovery journey, helping them to achieve greater independence, improve wellbeing, and reconnect with their communities. You will provide practical and emotional support to service users, promote recovery and social inclusion, and work collaboratively with professionals, carers, and partner agencies to deliver person-centred care.
