The Team
The Business Systems & ERP Integration Support will assist in the Oracle ERP project work - managing impact of upgrades. The role will coordinate the project to ensure business systems, ERP configuration, master data, interfaces and validation activities are ready by January 2027 to support new production lines and equipment, while aligning with the Oracle 12.2 upgrade.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Systems Impact Assessment: Identify and document the business-system impacts of introducing new production lines and retiring legacy lines.
  • Multi-System Scope Management: Oversee and evaluate impacts across a diverse ecosystem including Oracle ERP, TrakSyS MES/OEE, serialization platforms, LIMS, Anaplan, and planning systems.
  • Readiness Planning: Develop and maintain an integrated systems readiness plan to ensure all master data, metadata, and interfaces are fully functional before new equipment arrives.
  • Oracle ERP Configuration: Provide hands-on Oracle expertise to coordinate and define new resources, routings, master data, and custom serialization tables.
  • Upgrade & Coexistence Sequencing: Ensure legacy and new Oracle resources safely coexist during transition, carefully sequencing configurations around the upcoming Oracle 12.2 upgrade.
  • Validation & CSV Execution: Partner with the Computer System Validation (CSV) department to support validation scoping and actively coordinate test script preparation, execution, and evidence gathering.
  • Milestone Alignment: Strategically timeline validation sequencing to align precisely with key business readiness milestones and the Oracle upgrade schedule.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact linking Production, Planning, Master Data, CSV, IT/OT, and external system vendors.
  • Delivery Assurance: Track action items, map cross-functional dependencies, and proactively engage departments to build executable plans that secure timely task completion.
  • Risk Management & Reporting: Maintain clear visibility of project risks and readiness status, providing regular progress reports to leadership to guide cut-over, transition, and mitigation strategies.

What you'll bring
  • Previous experience in a Medium sized corporation with supply chain management systems
  • Experience in a GMP environment with understanding of data involved in a GMP setting
  • Previous systems / ERP integration support experience in a Project Coordinator / Project Management capacity would be ideal
  • Understanding or prior knowledge of Oracle EBS (Ideally 12.2) would be highly advantageous
  • Project management skills with the ability to build integrated readiness plans, map cross-functional dependencies, and align timelines to strict milestones.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as the central bridge between Production, Planning, IT/OT, CSV, and external software vendors.
  • Experience providing clear progress updates, risk analysis, and readiness reporting to senior leadership to drive informed, timely decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, metadata, and data mapping requirements within a highly regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Proactive approach to identifying project risks, tracking multi-workstream action items, and designing smart mitigation or temporary workaround strategies.
