The Role One-to-one home and care home visits across South London. Therapy happens where communication and swallowing actually matter – at the kitchen table, in the living room, during the conversations and meals that make up daily life.
Your caseload:
Speech, language, and communication rehabilitation following stroke or brain injury
Swallowing assessment and dysphagia management
Voice therapy for neurological conditions
Supporting families to understand and adapt to communication changes
Who Can Apply
HCPC registered, active RCSLT membership
2+ years UK experience in adult neurological or elderly care SLT
Competence in dysphagia assessment and management
Based in or able to cover South London
Enhanced DBS, or willing to obtain one before starting
Must be legally authorised to work in the UK
