The RoleOne-to-one home and care home visits across South London. Therapy happens where communication and swallowing actually matter – at the kitchen table, in the living room, during the conversations and meals that make up daily life.
Your caseload:- Speech, language, and communication rehabilitation following stroke or brain injury
- Swallowing assessment and dysphagia management
- Voice therapy for neurological conditions
- Supporting families to understand and adapt to communication changes
Who Can Apply- HCPC registered, active RCSLT membership
- 2+ years UK experience in adult neurological or elderly care SLT
- Competence in dysphagia assessment and management
- Based in or able to cover South London
- Enhanced DBS, or willing to obtain one before starting
- Must be legally authorised to work in the UK
