To this end, NHS Scotland welcomes applications from all sections of society.

Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your Dietetic career while enjoying an exceptional quality of life in one of Scotland's most stunning locations?

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 HCPC registered Dietitian to join our friendly and supportive team covering the Caithness locality. You will be part of the wider friendly, supportive and innovative Nutrition and Dietetic service in north Highland. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population within community, outpatient and inpatient settings, including a Rural General Hospital.

Working as an autonomous practitioner and valued member of the multidisciplinary team, you will support patients with a wide range of clinical conditions while contributing to service development, quality improvement and student training. In return there are plenty of opportunities for your growth and development in the role and we will actively support your CPD. Knowledge and understanding of motivational interviewing style of communication, trauma sensitive practice and health inequalities would be an advantage.

Why Caithness?
Caithness offers the opportunity to combine a rewarding professional career with an outstanding quality of life. Known for its beautiful beaches, stunning scenery and plenty of outdoor activities, it is the perfect location for work-life balance and enjoying the great outdoors.

The area offers a welcoming community and a relaxed pace of life while remaining well connected through good road and rail links to Inverness and other urban centres. There is easy access to a wider range of amenities and transport connections within Scotland, UK and wider.

If you are looking for a role where you can develop professionally while enjoying all that Highland has to offer, we would love to hear from you!

The Base is negotiable.
