Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Dietitian at Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust to join the Community Dietetic Team at St Catherines House. You will be responsible for managing a specialist clinical dietetic caseload across Doncaster, providing high-quality care to patients in inpatient, day-patient, care home and community settings. You will support patients across a range of services, including neurology, community stroke rehabilitation, intermediate care, mental health and learning disabilities.
