Staff will work intensively with prisoners in a collaborative manner to develop motivation to facilitate better settlement, improved psychological wellbeing and in the long term, access to sentence planning services for this population. The team will work in a psychologically informed manner and be supported by formulations based on understanding of the prisoners with whom they are working.
