We are a friendly, well-established GP practice with a strong reputation for excellence in patient care and teamwork. Our practice consistently scores highly in QOF, patient satisfaction surveys, and maintains excellent staff retention - a true reflection of the supportive, collaborative environment we've built over the years.

You'll be joining a diverse and dynamic team comprising GP partners, salaried GPs, clinical pharmacists, practice nurses, HCAs, a First Contact Physio, and an in-house counselling service, all working closely together to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.

Main duties of the job
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP who qualifies under the ARRS scheme- please feel free to contact us if you would like any additional clarifications on this. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team that prioritises patient care and wellbeing. We hold weekly meetings where cases are discussed openly, fostering shared learning and providing a supportive space to voice ideas and concerns - ensuring you feel valued both clinically and personally.

Key details:
  • 6 sessions per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)
  • Equal share of Docman, blood results, and prescription requests
  • Participation in our on-call rota
  • Home Visits
  • Study Leave 1 week pro rata

Qualifications
