This role suits someone with hands-on project and support experience in Windows, macOS, and cloud environments, eager to expand skills in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and modern device management. You’ll collaborate across teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive improvements that enable our science and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver technical solutions across IT projects, focusing on device deployment and endpoint management.
- Support system upgrades, cloud migrations, and software rollouts.
- Resolve escalated technical issues and share best practices.
