Who We're Looking to Connect With- Experienced Clinical Quality professionals embedded within clinical operations
- Strong GCP consultants who can advise teams on compliance, risk, and quality topics
- Professionals skilled in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation at study/site level
- Collaborative partners who work closely with CRAs, project teams, and leadership
- Individuals passionate about proactive quality culture and continuous improvement
- A person available to work in a hybrid model, 3 days per week, from Luton office.
Typical Qualifications- Solid experience in Clinical Quality Assurance, clinical operations, or a related function
- In-depth knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to support CAPA development, root cause analysis, and quality improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Ability to assess risk and provide practical, compliant solutions within a clinical trial environment
