Job responsibilitiesThis role is a core part of the nursing team at Ashness House. You will support patients through their recovery journey and help maintain a safe calm and therapeutic ward. You will act as a named nurse for a small group of patients and take part in daily clinical work risk management and care planning. You will work closely with the wider team contribute to service improvement and uphold high standards of practice record keeping and patient rights. The role includes shift coordination support for junior staff and active involvement in training and supervision. It is a hands on role for nurses who want to deliver thoughtful person centred care and be part of a steady supportive and professional team.
Qualifications- Registered Mental Health Nurse on the NMC register
Experience- You can be newly qualified or bring many years of experience.
