Job summaryWe have an opportunity for you to join the Greater Manchester Assessment and In-reach Team or GMAIC, as it's often referred to. This is newly created post in a team manager role.
Working closely with the Clinical staff, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs in the community.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by driving service excellence, fostering strong partnerships, and supporting a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding outcomes.
You will be enthusiastic, demonstrate a proactive approach to their work, engage in learning and development and be passionate about working within crisis care. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with external services such as social care, CAMHS, FCAMHS, CMHT, CEDS, EIT, HTT to ensure the correct pathways are in place, to support our CYP's discharge from hospital.
