Job summary

Main duties of the job

• Deliver safe, evidence-based clinical care including acute, chronic, and preventative consultations.
• Work efficiently with the multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate patient allocation and reduce unnecessary GP workload.
• Use EMIS and associated clinical systems (e.g., TQuest, Pathlinks) to maintain accurate, timely documentation and support clinical decision-making.
• Participate in duty/on-call rotas where required, with reduced frequency due to AHP support.
• Provide continuity of care and support complex cases, with particular benefit from mental health colleagues.
• Contribute to improved workflow by minimising unnecessary admin through effective delegation and process optimisation.
• Participate in clinical meetings, MDT discussions, and monthly protected learning time.
• Support training and mentorship activities within the practice, including opportunities to develop as a GP trainer.
• Engage in personal development and appraisal processes, with opportunities for progression into leadership roles.
• Uphold the organisation's values, fostering a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive culture.

As a Salaried GP with us, you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centred care while working alongside an exceptional multidisciplinary team including Nurses, Paramedics, Pharmacists, Mental Health Specialists and Clinical Admin Specialists.
