Job TitleAccount Manager Hospital Patient Monitoring – North East England
Job DescriptionBe part of the change to increase connectivity with patient monitoring and use analytics to pre-empt the care patients need.
Your role:- Lead the commercial execution of the Hospital Patient Monitoring portfolio across Northeast England, driving growth and ensuring strong alignment with District Leadership and Sales Management.
- Deliver annual Order Intake and Revenue targets across the NHS Trusts, ICBs, and private hospital customers.
- Be accountable for sales performance of the Patient Monitoring portfolio, working closely with regional teams to achieve annual Order Intake and Revenue targets across hospital-based customer accounts.
- Collaborate with Modality Sales Specialists (MSS) and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans, informed by win/loss analysis and market intelligence.
- This role offers flexibility to work from home, with an expectation of up to 60% travel across UK hospital sites to engage with customers, support clinical demonstrations, and drive account growth.
You’re the right fit if:- You have previous experience in selling medical devices (ideally Patient Monitoring) OR you have a clinical background (having been a nurse in ICU/OR/Critical care or cardiology) and would like to move into health tech sales.
- You’re an excellent communicator able to build rapport and develop key stakeholder relationships easily.
- The idea of making a positive patient impact through sharing your expertise energises you.
- You hold a full UK Driving License.
- Due to the role of working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
