Hawkins Dental & Implant Clinic is looking to welcome an Emergency Dentist to join our established out-of-hours emergency dental service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking to complement their existing diary with flexible evening and weekend sessions, while providing high-quality urgent dental care to patients in need.

About the role
You'll be responsible for assessing and managing patients presenting with urgent dental problems, providing immediate treatment to relieve pain, address infection where appropriate, and advise patients on any further treatment required.

The initial emergency appointment is focused on diagnosis and getting patients out of pain. Any additional treatment required will be arranged as a separate appointment.

Available sessions:

• Friday: 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm
• Saturday: 7:00 am – 11:00 am and 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm
• Sunday: 7:00 am – 11:00 am and 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm

Please note we can be flexible on how many sessions per week you pick up.

About you

• GDC registered Dentist with an active Performer Number
• Confident managing a wide range of dental emergencies independently
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Passionate about delivering a high standard of urgent dental treatment
