You will be supported by an enthusiastic team of staff to help you develop skills in caring for patients across a range of specialities. You will be given the opportunity to undertake a competency based training package and will be supported via the allocation of a suitable mentor and/or buddy system.
We also have a number of dedicated educational training mornings identified throughout the year and an excellent IT facility to support with online training.

QualificationsEssential- Current RN/AHP, registration with NMC/HCPC .
- An awareness of research and evidence based practice relevant to clinical area.
Desirable- Previous experience as Scrub Practitioner would be desirable but not essential, as in-house training would be provided.
- You will need to be open and adaptable to learning new skills and developing your Leadership skills.
Additional criteriaEssential- Ability to prioritise workload, instruct and direct others.
Desirable- Organisational skills and able to work as part of a team.
