Main duties of the job

Skills and Knowledge
Essential

• Clinically competent.

Qualifications
Essential

• Current RN/AHP, registration with NMC/HCPC .
• An awareness of research and evidence based practice relevant to clinical area.

Desirable

• Previous experience as Scrub Practitioner would be desirable but not essential, as in-house training would be provided.
• You will need to be open and adaptable to learning new skills and developing your Leadership skills.

Additional criteria
Essential

• Ability to prioritise workload, instruct and direct others.

Desirable

• Organisational skills and able to work as part of a team.
