  • Acting as part of the resuscitation team and maintaining relevant life support competencies.
  • Assisting with staff education, mentoring and the development of theatre best practice.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of theatre services and patient pathways.

What we'll look for in you
  • As an NMC-registered Nurse or HCPC-registered ODP, you'll bring proven experience within a theatre environment, alongside:
  • Specialist theatre training such as ENB 183/176 or an equivalent qualification
  • Confident and compassionate practitioner with excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and remain calm under pressure
  • A flexible, proactive approach and a commitment to maintaining the highest clinical standards

What you can expect in return
  • Salary of £45,214 per annum
  • 37.5 hours per week across 4 days
  • No on-call, night shifts or bank holiday working
  • An extensive range of wellbeing and lifestyle benefits
  • 25 days' annual leave, increasing with service to a maximum of 29 days, plus bank holidays
  • Access to mandatory training through our industry-leading in-house education programme
