Description

About The Role
UNLOCK YOUR BEST WORK LIFE
+ make a difference for every patient

We’re looking for a motivated and flexible Radiographer to join our diagnostic team on a full-time, permanent basis. You’ll be working 37.5 hours per week across 3–4 days, with a rota that spans 7 days. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive, patient-focused environment, while enjoying a varied caseload and access to the latest imaging technology.

While MRI experience is preferred, it’s not essential—we’ll provide full training and support to help you build your expertise. You will also participate in our on-call rota and should expect to travel across Lincolnshire as part of this role.

What you'll be doing
  • Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services including general X-ray, theatre, mobile, and MRI.
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centred care, ensuring dignity, safety and comfort at every step.
  • Work both autonomously and collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to manage examination workloads effectively.
  • Justify and carry out referrals in line with Practice Plus Group protocols.
  • Uphold best practice standards in radiation protection, MRI safety, and infection prevention.
  • Support clinical governance activities, including audits, quality assurance, and incident reporting.
  • Engage in CPD to maintain HCPC registration and continually grow your skills.

What we'll look for in you
  • BSc in Radiography (or equivalent) and HCPC registration.
  • Experience across general radiography, with knowledge of theatre and mobiles.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage complex workloads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support patients, colleagues, and referrers.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development, safety, and quality standards.
  • A caring, patient-focused mindset and enthusiasm for working as part of a supportive team.
  • Participation in our on-call rota
  • Ability to travel across Lincolnshire

MRI experience would be advantageous, but as we’ll provide training, this is a great opportunity for someone keen to expand their expertise.

What you can expect in return;
  • Competitive salary depending on your experience
  • An extensive range of wellbeing and lifestyle benefits
  • 25 days annual leave (increasing with service) plus bank holidays
  • The support you need to grow in your role and continue your professional development
