The diagnostics department also offers X-ray, Ultrasound and Echocardiograms and the local MSK and Physiotherapy service is co-located enabling close working with other healthcare professionals.

What you'll be doing
  • Delivering a high standard of MRI imaging practice, ensuring safe and effective patient care at all times.
  • Undertaking a wide range of MRI examinations, adapting techniques to meet individual patient needs.
  • Clinically justifying imaging referrals and validating reports in line with established protocols.
  • Working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to manage workload effectively.
  • Communicating clearly with patients, relatives and colleagues, ensuring a positive patient experience.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring correct data entry across radiology systems.
  • Ensuring high standards of infection control, safety and cleanliness within clinical areas.
  • Participating in clinical governance, audit and quality assurance activities.
  • Maintaining CPD and professional registration in line with HCPC requirements.

What we'll look for in you
  • HCPC registered Radiographer with strong experience in MRI imaging
  • BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography (or equivalent)
  • Ability to work across a range of techniques
  • Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team

  • Understanding of clinical governance, quality assurance and patient safety
  • A flexible, proactive attitude and commitment to continuous professional development

What You Can Expect in Return
  • A full-time equivalent salary of up to £55,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Work 26.25 hours per week; Monday, Thursday and every other Sunday
  • 25 days holiday increasing with service up to a maximum of 29 days plus bank holidays
  • Mandatory training through our excellent in-house education programme
  • The support you need to grow in your role and continue your professional development

Our employment offers are subject to receipt of satisfactory pre-employment checks. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
