Job summary
Lincoln House Surgery is seeking to appoint a salaried GP to join our established, supportive and friendly clinical team. We are currently offering a 4-session per week position, worked across Thursday and Friday. Due to current patient demand and the operational requirements of the practice, we are unable to offer flexibility regarding these working days.

We offer competitive sessional rates, enhanced annual leave, and study leave (1 week pro rata), alongside a genuinely supportive working environment.

We are looking for a GP who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and who would welcome the opportunity to become part of our collaborative and supportive practice team. This role is designed with sustainability in mind combining a manageable workload, a collaborative culture, and the flexibility modern general practice needs.

This post offers salaried sessions within a practice that values mutual trust, flexibility, and worklife balance. Youll be joining an experienced multidisciplinary team committed to delivering excellent patient care.

Key information:
  • In surgery sessions at either of our 2 branches located in Hemel Hempstead, supported by an efficient triage system
  • No on-call sessions

About us
Lincoln House Surgery is a dynamic, award-winning practice with a strong reputation for high-quality care and continuous improvement. In 2024, we merged with Highfield Surgery, now operating as our branch site. Both sites work within a well-established total triage model, fully embedded into our daily practice and supporting safe, efficient access for patients.

Qualifications
Essential
  • Applicants MUST have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or support visa applications for this role.
  • Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
  • On the NHSE Medical Performers List
  • Committed to delivering high standards of patient care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
