At Charnwood Oaks, we are looking for caring, compassionate and reliable Bank Care Assistants to join our friendly team.

Our home supports 84 residents, many living with dementia and other age-related conditions. You'll help our residents feel safe, comfortable and valued while supporting them to enjoy everyday life.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines.
• Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Helping with meals, drinks and everyday activities.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Supporting residents living with dementia.
• Building positive relationships with residents and their families.
• Working as part of a team to deliver excellent care.

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential. We can provide the training and support you need to become a confident and successful Care Assistant.
