Deputy Theatre Manager
Woodthorpe Hospital
37.5 Hours per week

We are currently seeking a Deputy Theatre Manager to join our dedicated theatre team.

We welcome applications from highly motivated, enthusiastic Theatre trained workers with experience in leading within theatre or endoscopy who are committed to providing excellent customer service. Good communication skills, ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and flexibility to meet the changing needs of the business are essential. The ability to work in a fast paced environment is also required.

What you’ll bring with you
  • Current NMC/HCPC registration
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
  • A warm, considerate and empathetic character
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) – Desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven customer services skills
  • Be a highly motivated individual
  • Enjoy working in constantly and rapidly changing environments
  • Great communication skills
  • Flexible approach to your duties and your hours
  • Experience leading a Theatre team/department
