Hourly Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role

Real Good Dental is seeking a professional, enthusiastic and patient-focused Qualified Dental Nurse to join the team at Renfrew.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative dental team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality clinical care and ensuring patients receive an exceptional experience.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the clinical team, maintaining high standards of patient care and helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, demonstrates excellent communication skills and is passionate about providing outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the dentist during a variety of dental treatment procedures.
• Preparing and maintaining the clinical environment to ensure it is safe, clean and organised.
• Carrying out decontamination and sterilisation of instruments in line with current regulations and practice protocols.
• Providing excellent patient care and support throughout the treatment journey.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Ensuring clinical procedures are carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety, infection control and compliance standards.
• Working collaboratively with the wider practice team to ensure the smooth running of the practice.

About You

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, professional and committed to delivering an excellent standard of patient care.

You will ideally have:

• A recognised Dental Nursing qualification.
• GDC registration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive, proactive and team-focused approach.
• A genuine passion for dentistry and creating a great patient experience.
