- Specialized skill development beyond minor illness
Our training practices also allow team members to develop expertise in areas such as musculoskeletal medicine, palliative care, dermatology, oncology, and long-term condition management. GPs and the MDT offer consistent support, fostering a collaborative learning culture across the organization.

Your Role:- Conduct telephone and face-to-face consultations for urgent or acute care patients.
- Assess, examine, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with undifferentiated conditions.
- Advise patients on medications, health promotion, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with MDT members to ensure holistic care.
- Undertake home visits where required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and participate in audits, QOF, and clinical trials.
