Salary: £12.80 Per Hour
Hours: 44 Hours/week days, nights and alternate weekends

Your Role
As a Care Assistant you will assist the New Management Team supporting our residents in their day to day lives including providing personal care, social activities, and meals times to promote independence and maximise their quality of life.

You will be responsible for:

• Assist with washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Offer companionship and a friendly presence
• Support mental and emotional well-being
• Observe and report changes in a client's physical or emotional condition

What We're Looking For

• Ideally have an NVQ2 in Adult Health and Social Care
• A minimum of 1 years' experience in Care although this is not essential
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills
• A genuine passion for elderly care and team development
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
