Location: Various Rowlands Pharmacy branches across North Wales

Join Rowlands Pharmacy and take part in the HEIW Model of Support Programme—a structured 18 month course designed to support your transition into practice and help you grow into a confident, independent prescriber.

  • Two dedicated study day per month

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver day-to-day services as a Community Pharmacist
  • Actively participate in the Model of Support programme, balancing clinical practice with academic development
  • Work alongside experienced professionals to build your clinical knowledge and skills

What We’re Looking For
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a newly qualified pharmacist
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
