We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team. We offer nine-monthly rotation across both acute and community settings, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad range of clinical experience.

You will be responsible for the routine assessment and management of a delegated caseload within the clinical specialties.

You'll work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, prioritising and planning your caseload, and receiving regular supervision and guidance from senior staff.

Main duties of the job
Reporting into the Team Leader, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Assess and treat a delegated physiotherapy caseload within designated clinical areas.
• Plan and prioritise patient care to ensure effective service delivery.
• Work collaboratively with senior physiotherapists and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in regular supervision and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based care in line with professional standards.

Qualifications and Training
Essential

• HCPC registration
• Diploma / Degree in Physiotherapy
• Portfolio evidence of reflective practice

Desirable

• Relevant post graduate clinical experience
• Membership of the APCP

Experience
Essential

• Experience of team working
• Experience of working with children either professionally or socially

• Evidence of extra responsibilities taken at undergraduate level
• Involvement in audit, research or service evaluation

Knowledge

• Understanding of the legal responsibilities of the profession
• Knowledge of clinical governance and it's implications for services
• Awareness of own limitations
• Understanding of family / team dynamics and how to develop working relationships with all involved in the child's care
