Job summary
Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking experienced doctors to join our Obstetrics and Gynaecology team at Musgrove Park Hospital as Trust Grade Registrars (ST4+ equivalent) on 12-month fixed-term contracts.
These posts offer an opportunity to develop and consolidate middle-grade clinical experience across a busy general Obstetrics and Gynaecology service. The posts include participation in the resident middle-grade rota, covering nights, long days and weekends, with non-resident consultant support and appropriate escalation.
Applicants must have full GMC registration with a licence to practise, MRCOG Part 1 or equivalent, and clinical experience and competence appropriate to ST4 level or above in both Obstetrics and Gynaecology, including registrar-level emergency and on-call responsibilities.
