Alongside these posts, we are seeking an experienced consultant with a track record of leadership to join our multidisciplinary senior leadership team.
This role will help shape the strategic direction of paediatric services across Somerset, leading service development, workforce transformation, quality improvement and collaboration. If you are looking for a role where you can make a lasting difference to children, families and services across an entire county, we would love to hear from you.

In our team you'll find a genuinely collaborative consultant body and multidisciplinary leadership team, modern integrated healthcare across acute and community services, and strong multidisciplinary working.
