Shape the Future of ENT in Somerset
Main Duties of the Job- Maintenance of the highest clinical standards in the management of all patients presenting to the Hospital.
- To provide and support colleagues with the management of all adult and paediatric patients presenting with ENT conditions.
- To develop close links with the ENT Team and undertake the responsibilities of outpatient ENT Clinics.
- Teaching and training of intermediate grade and, junior medical staff, medical students and ENT Nursing Staff.
- To actively participate in both departmental and Trust matters concerning Clinical Governance and audit.
- To have responsibility for and actively participate in continuing professional development

Person SpecificationQualificationsEssential- Registered Medical Practitioner, with full registration with the GMC,
- Inclusion on the GMC Specialist Register or proposed date must be within 6 months of the interview date
- FRCS or equivalent
- Clinical Fellowship or sub-specialty training
- Certificate of Medical Education
