Role Brief:

Spectrum.Life is expanding our network of affiliate Psychologists and Psychotherapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapies in line with NICE guidelines.

As part of our network, you’ll receive referrals directly through our secure portal (Salesforce), with the flexibility to arrange appointments at times that best suit your schedule.

How It Works

• Clients are triaged by our 24/7 Care Counsellor team.
• Suitable cases are referred for High Intensity CBT or Psychology sessions (face-to-face, phone, or video).
• You’ll be notified by email of new referrals, with 24 hours to accept and 5–7 days to offer the first appointment.

Requirements:

For Psychologists:

• HCPC registration + BPS accreditation (mandatory)
• Doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
• Experience in IAPT or stepped-care models
• Skilled in screening, risk assessment, and evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, ACT, EMDR, IPT)

For Psychotherapists:

• Full BABCP or BACP accreditation
• BABCP-accredited Postgraduate Diploma in High-Intensity CBT (mandatory)
• 5+ years post-qualification experience
• Strong experience in IAPT, stepped-care, and risk assessment
