Advertised salary: £39,730 - £47,998 per annum, inclusive of a High Cost Area Allowance (depending on experience) Plus Enhancements

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Days - 07:30 – 20:00 and Nights- 19:30 – 08:00 including weekends and bank holidays
Additional enhancements:- 30% enhancement for nights, unsocial hours and Saturdays
- 60% enhancement for Sundays and Bank Holidays

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Unit as a Team Leader. You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the nursing team on shift, whilst delivering high-quality care to patients and families during some of life's most important moments.

About the roleAs Team Leader, you will:
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the team on shift
- Deliver high-quality palliative and end of life care
- Support patients, families and colleagues through complex and challenging situations
- Support and develop Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants
- Work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to service improvement, education and quality initiatives
About youYou will be:
- A Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
