Sulis Hospital Bath includes Inpatient, Daycase and Outpatient services, treating both private and NHS patients. The pharmacy department supports the hospital and operates a ward and dispensary-based service.

We are looking for a bank pharmacy dispenser to join our bank register to cover pharmacy services during periods of annual leave, sickness, or increased workload.

This is therefore an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy professional seeking to join a unique, young and energetic organisation, and undertake a challenging role helping develop its Pharmacy services.

Pharmacy services are currently provided by a Lead Pharmacist, a second Clinical Pharmacist and a Pharmacy Technician. The scope of their combined responsibilities covers all aspects of Medicines Management (Prescribing, dispensing, risk, governance, ordering and supply) as well as the provision of training, continuous improvement, clinical auditing and ensuring that the performance of the service is to the highest standard.
