Our Mindworks East Hub (covering the East of Surrey with bases in Leatherhead and Redhill) is a highly supportive, friendly, and innovative service. Guided by the i-THRIVE framework, we focus on providing Getting More Help and Risk Support to children and young people. As Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping care delivery, ensuring high standards of practice, and fostering collaboration across the multidisciplinary team.

What we're looking for:
  • Professional registration with NMC
  • Significant experience working with children and young people under 18.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • A commitment to innovation, collaboration, and delivering excellent outcomes.

Main duties of the job
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide leadership and management support within our Mindworks East Hub. This is a dynamic and varied role, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on the delivery of care across the locality.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Assist with providing overall leadership and management support to the East Mindworks Hub
  • Supervising and guiding colleagues to ensure high standards of clinical practice.
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships across services in Surrey.
  • Working in close partnership with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and senior leadership to deliver integrated, patient-focused care.
  • Manage a caseload of young people for assessment, interventions and supporting the Duty system.

About you:
  • Proven experience in managing and supervising clinical teams.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across services and disciplines.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care through partnership and innovation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated lead to shape services, strengthen partnerships, and ensure the best outcomes for children, young people, and families in our community within a strong and well established leadership team.

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the leading provider of health and social care services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey and North East Hampshire. We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.

We actively seek to engage people who use our services and our communities in improving the mental wellbeing of the local population. We work closely with other NHS and voluntary sector organisations who provide services and support people who use services and carers.

Surrey and Hampshire are beautiful counties lying just 30 minutes away from Central London and from the South Coast.

Our historic market towns and bustling districts are enveloped in wonderful countryside, and our excellent road and rail networks bring the rest of the country within easy reach.

For international travel, both Gatwick and Heathrow airports are nearby.

Please note that we reserve the right to close posts as soon as sufficient applications are received.

We look forward to receiving your application!
