This role blends content leadership, customer engagement, and selective business development support to ensure solutions are both commercially relevant and operationally effective. Acting as the Learning Strategist across projects, the Sr Learning Strategy Consultant partners closely with customers to assess capability needs, align on learning approaches, and translate requirements into structured, outcome-driven solutions. From an execution perspective, the role is accountable for writing, developing and implementing sold solutions, overseeing delivery, and facilitating training sessions or train-the-trainer programs to ensure effective deployment and adoption.

Essential Requirements- Proven experience in learning, with strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry (required).
- Proven experience in developing high-quality short-, medium-, and long-form content across a range of learning formats.
- Builds trusted relationships and consistently aligns solutions to customer needs and business outcomes.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs within timelines.
- Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and credibly, engaging both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive in identifying challenges and implementing practical, effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced PowerPoint and writing capability, with experience in consulting or training environments.
- Willingness to travel (~10%) to support customer engagements and key delivery activities.
