About Terra
Terra is the health operating system. We make it easy for developers and AIs to build on health data. Hundreds of wearables, sensors, labs, and health apps — connected, normalized, and made intelligent through a single platform. 1,000s of developers and AI labs build on Terra today. We process 15+ billion health data events per year. And we are just getting started.

Health data is fragmented. Every device, every app, every sensor speaks a different language. We built the health OS to solve that — a full-stack platform that turns raw, messy, siloed health data into something developers and AIs can reason over, build on, and ship with. Terra was founded in 2021 and operates from London, San Francisco, and South Korea.

About the role
You know the feeling. You're scrolling, you stop, you watch, you send it to someone. That's not an accident. Someone made that happen with a cut, a beat, a frame. That someone is who we're looking for. We have the raw material. Hours and hours of founders, athletes, and scientists saying things that would stop a feed cold. What we don't have is someone who can turn that into the thing people can't scroll past.

The Work

• You take long-form content — podcast episodes, conference talks, interviews, demos — and turn it into short-form that spreads.
• You understand pacing, hooks, and retention curves to ensure content lives past the first 1.5 seconds.
• You own the visual language including subtitles, framing, color, and motion across LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
• You think in distribution, asking "will this get shared?" rather than just "is this a good edit?"
• You create original content from scratch, including brand films and visual essays.
• You move fast, editing and shipping within hours rather than weeks.

Who You Are

• You have a portfolio of short-form content that performed (views, shares, saves, comments).
• You understand health, fitness, and performance culture and live the lifestyle.
• You have a contrarian eye and don't just copy what is trending.
• You are technically sharp in Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, After Effects, or CapCut.
• You are opinionated about content and have strong views on hooks and cuts.

Big Plus

• You are an athlete who trains, competes, and pushes limits.
• You are obsessed with quantifying your own data (HRV, sleep tracking, etc.).
• You have proof of excellence such as a large social media following or posts with millions of views.
