Main duties of the jobThere is an established Clinical team on site, including Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy and Psychiatry, we offer the opportunity for professional development, multidisciplinary and multi-agency working as well as to be part of an innovative service that values each individual YP. The main purpose of the role: As a Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioner you'll play a key role in shaping the futures of young people by using evidence-based approaches to support the emotional, cognitive, and behavioural development of the YP at Lufton College.
About usYour work will directly contribute to preparing them for adulthood and as independent living as possible, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives. You will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team (MDT) supporting young people directly through interventions, to build on their independence and resilience.

Hours- 24 per week Must include a Friday
Salary- Up to £45,000 dependant on experience
