We are looking for a Global Medical Lead - Derma who is strategic, collaborative and scientifically curious to join our Medical Immunology team. The role has a global scope, based in either Brussels, Belgium; or Slough and then, from April 2027, in Windlesham, United Kingdom.

About the role

You will provide strategic global medical and scientific leadership across Dermatology, with a particular focus on hidradenitis suppurativa.

What you'll do

• Shape and lead execution of the global medical strategy for hidradenitis suppurativa.
• Provide visible medical leadership across a global matrix, influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Lead research collaborations and evidence-generation work across research and clinical development.
• Guide regional and local medical teams, maintaining scientific rigor, medical quality, integrity and compliance.

Requirements

• Medical degree and/or doctoral degree in life sciences, with deep Dermatology expertise.
• Extensive pharmaceutical Medical Affairs experience, ideally spanning regional and/or global roles.
• Digitally and AI literate, and curious.
