- Recommend frames, lenses and optical solutions with confidence and professionalism
- Support customers throughout their eyewear journey, delivering exceptional service at every stage
- Work closely with Optometrists and store colleagues to ensure outstanding clinical and retail outcomes
- Use the latest optical technology to support a seamless customer experience
