Description

Menopause Non-Medical Prescriber (Nurse or Pharmacist)
Voy is a healthcare platform led by clinicians. We support people managing long-term health conditions with treatment plans backed by real evidence.

We are building the future of menopause care. As a global health platform supporting over 1 million members, we are on a mission to prove that access to high-quality, personalised menopause care should be a right, not a privilege.

We look for forward-thinking clinicians who want to step away from clunky admin and into a tech-forward, data-informed care model that allows you to do what you do best: care for patients.

The Opportunity
You will provide high-quality menopause care through synchronous (video) consultations, supporting patients remotely while maintaining the same warmth and continuity as in-person care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care in line with NICE, BMS, and other relevant clinical guidance.
  • Assessing patients and developing individualised treatment plans, including prescribing HRT, Testosterone (where appropriate), supplements, and adjunct therapies.
  • Providing holistic menopause care via asynchronous messaging and video consultations.
  • Supporting continuity of care, enabling long-term management of menopause and perimenopause symptoms.
  • Collaborating within a diverse multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure safe, high-quality clinical outcomes.
  • Maintaining comprehensive, concise, and safe electronic health records (EHR).

What We're Looking For
  • Registered Nurse Prescriber (NMC with active PIN / V300), or Pharmacist Prescriber (GPhC / PIP).
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in women's health.
  • Demonstrable expertise in perimenopause and menopause care, including experience prescribing testosterone (essential).
  • Additional menopause qualifications (e.g. BMS certification) are essential.

What We Need From You
  • A warm, empathetic communicator who ensures patients feel heard, supported, and respected.
  • Ability to translate clinical knowledge clearly and compassionately for patients.
  • Confident delivering care in a digital/remote setting (video and asynchronous consultations) and excited by a data-informed care model that cuts out administrative bloat.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
  • Comfortable working across clinical and non-clinical teams.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about improving menopause care.
  • Participation in clinical MDT meetings, clinical audits, and cross-specialty case reviews.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical governance and patient safety.
  • No conflicts of interest.

Interview Process (all virtual)
  • Initial talent screen with our Clinical Recruiter
  • First stage interview with Clinical Director of Women's Health
  • Live case study interview with a Menopause Specialist Doctor
  • Final stage interview with Strategy and Operations Manager and a Senior Menopause Clinician.
