Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the best level of dispensing service to patients and branches for all Leedale departments.
• Engage fully with stock management, cascade, date checking and stockpool.
• Offer the best patient experience when they interact with the Pharmacy over the phone, App or Email.
• Follow dispensary SOPs and processes.
• Engage fully with the management of ADU.
• Display high personal work standards.
• Work to a high standard in delivering processes based in any location in Leedale: HDP, MDS, admin office, vet dispensary and Vet and P-med Approval area.

Standards and Compliance

• Complete work to acceptable standard and throughout for Leedale.
• Learn from your errors, reflect on this using the tools provided to reduce errors in your own dispensing every month.
• Keep to all regulatory and legal requirements and follow company processes and procedures.
• Maintain training and experience so it is up to date and you are competent in all aspects of managing, maintaining and operating the ADU and deblistering machines both in HDP and MDS areas in which you are working.
• Digest the weekly memo each week keep up to date with changes amendments and/or additions to company policies, procedures and contractual obligations which may be introduced to reflect the changing needs of the business, including amendments to the DBPM.
• Responsible for complying with all Health & Safety training, and that policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to.
• Comply with GDPR, know who to go to for advice on GDPR issues. Any security incident must be reported immediately in line with company reporting procedures. Maintain the security of personal data at all times.
• Recognise that the professional reputation of the company and its brand are important, that there are sound business reasons for ensuring the brand of H I Weldricks is not brought into disrepute or devalued in anyway.
• Use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that you uphold the high reputation of Weldricks as a company and you do nothing to bring its brand, offices, premises or colleagues into disrepute or behave in such a manner as to cause damage to that business or brand.
