This hands-on leadership role is for a motivated PBS/ABA Team Leader to join a brand-new, NHS-backed West Sussex Autism Community Interest Company, initially focusing on a young male in a private residential setting. You will manage daily staff operations, mentor support workers, and oversee the consistent implementation of Behaviour Support Plans and ABA strategies to foster the client's independence and enrichment.
