Main duties of the job
You will join an experienced and supportive team where teamwork and wellbeing are central. You will receive a thorough induction, along with access to ongoing training and peer support sessions, helping you develop your skills while maintaining a healthy work life balance.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will use your professional expertise to complete assessments, design tailored reablement plans and guide individuals towards meaningful goals. Your honest and supportive approach will help people understand their strengths and options, while your adaptable mindset will ensure each plan reflects changing needs and abilities.

You will act as a trusted advisor within the team, offering guidance on equipment, safe practice and decision making. Integrity and respect shape every interaction, and you will play an active part in supporting colleagues and contributing to continuous improvements across the service.

The role offers autonomy to manage your own schedule and provide personalised support across a varied caseload in homes, hospitals and community settings. You will also receive ongoing professional support from our Principal Occupational Therapist, along with access to leadership and coaching programmes.

We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist with at least two years post qualification experience and a full UK driving licence.
