We are a 26 bedded Community Hospital, set in the historic market town of Leominster, located north of Herefordshire.

As a HCSW, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, dignified care, supporting patients throughout their stay.

You will:

• Support patients with daily living needs including personal care, nutrition, and mobility
• Promote and maintain patient dignity, privacy, and independence
• Deliver care that considers the whole person, not just their condition
• Build meaningful relationships and get to know your patients as individuals
• Help to improve each patient's day through compassionate care and interaction
• Follow and promote infection prevention and control practices
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and safe discharge

Every day will be different and you will work alongside the rest of the team carrying out a wide range of tasks and assisting with care to support the needs of the patients and their families.
