Who We're Looking For
We are seeking GMC-registered Consultants who:
- Have been on the GMC Specialist Register for a minimum of 12 months
- Are available to work weekends
- Demonstrate excellent clinical expertise and a commitment to high-quality patient care
Main duties of the job16 patients per day.
30 minutes per appointment
EMG (Electromyography) and NCS (Nerve Conduction Studies) including standard, extended, and specialist investigations.
Standard turnaround time for reports: within 7 working days (routine); expedited reporting for urgent cases (within 24 hours).

Job responsibilities- Working Days: Saturdays and Sundays
- Clinic Hours: 09:00 17:30 (including a 30-minute lunch break)
- Routine patients: 30-minute appointments
- MND (Motor Neurone Disease) complex patients: 60-minute appointments
- Admin time is built into patient appointment slots
- New GP referrals
- Follow-up appointments are very rare; however, consultants would be expected to see any follow-up patients if required
- Clinic space available from 08:00 20:00 if additional capacity is required
- Rate: £2,200 per day via LTD Company; Weekly payment
