Job summary
Are you caring, compassionate and motivated to make a positive difference to someone's life? Your Life Your Way is looking for a Care Support Assistant to support a person based in Northwich.

This is a rewarding role where you will provide person-centred support, promote independence, and help the person live the life they choose. Full training will be provided before you start work, with ongoing support from the wider team.

The hours will be 34 hours per week, this includes days and sleeping nights.

The rate of pay is £13.45 for days and £8.72 for sleeping shifts.

Main duties of the job
The role is to support our client within her own home and in the community.

Our client has a learning disability and pica. The staff are required to support our client with medication, administration, meal preparation, personal care, domestic duties and arranging activities.

The client enjoys going out for walks and drives, she likes watching TV especially soaps and Disney and listening to music.
